We want you to be completely delighted with your Rosie heating pad, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return or exchange, you may use our chat feature or start a return by contacting Rosie with this form.

Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days of purchase, with the original shipping costs deducted from the refunded amount. Returned items must be unused with all tags still attached.

US Return and Refund Policy

We offer easy returns and free exchanges within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked.

• Items must be unused and unwashed. Tags still attached.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange (clearly marked on the product page).

Returns include a $5 restocking fee, and typically process in 5–7 business days after the package is received.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping and processing fee.

Can I return a sale item?
All orders are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale or our Oopsies (those Final Sale items will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange).

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

If I am returning an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? For how much will the refund be?
